In September of 2003, Berkshire Corporation's Quality Management System received registration to ISO9001:2000. This is an upgrade from our previous ISO9002 registration, which Berkshire first received back in 1995. Berkshire's upgrade assessment was conducted by Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc., a certification body accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).

Berkshire was the first US manufacturer of contamination control products to receive the certificate of registration to an ISO9000 standard. Berkshire Corporation has always prided itself on its commitment to quality.

ISO9001 is an international standard on quality management and quality assurance, which lays the foundation for companies to effectively document the quality system elements to be implemented to maintain an efficient quality system.
