| Does Berkshire offer onsite product training? |

Yes. A technically trained associate will be able to provide training on proper wiping technique,
mask donning, as well as general critical environment information. |

Can I order a custom product for my specific needs?
Whether you need a special size, packaging configuration, saturation level, or even a new substrate, Berkshire can create custom products for your special process requirements. Contact your regional Regional Technical Representative in order to learn more about creating a custom product. |

| Does Berkshire offer bulk configurations? |

We do offer wipers in bulk configurations. The greatest reason to move to bulk is for cost savings.
Our knitted polyester product line is available in various types and sizes of bulk packaging.
The difference between bulk and stacked is packaging appearance and individual sheet inspection. |

| Can you provide MSDS, Certificates of Sterility ,Test Methods and Lot Profiles? |

MSDS for Berkshire's Pre-wetted Wiper line can be found online. All sterile wipers are shipped
with Certificates of Sterility. These Certificates are also available online. Click here to download
